MLB 10 The Show Wishlist

Just going over things that I can be improved or added to the next addition of The Show. I may be missing a few things but here it goes:

1. Player Personalities - This has been missing for a long time. I think it would be cool if a player could demand a trade or ask for playing time. In this year's game, the players never interact with the manager and act as if nothing bad is happening.

I have both an Play Station 3 and a X Box 360 but which one should I buy Madden 10 for? Which version is better?
